At Slim Ourve, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.
No Returns on Undamaged Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of shapewear, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, or are otherwise not in their original condition. All our products feature a universal sculpting fit designed to accommodate individuals up to 90kg, eliminating sizing concerns.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly process a full refund. To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Refund Process
Once your refund claim is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
