Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Total delivery time from order placement is approximately 4-8 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at slimourve@gmail.com.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or provide delivery instructions if needed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at slimourve@gmail.com. We will work with our courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
